The RSN House has an introspective horizontal profile with minimal impact on the site. The scheme is based on an anisotropic structure with three parallel volumes. The structure is solved with vierendel beams, clearing the space on the basement level, which is bathed in light through several courtyards. The strip organization allows for non-hierarchical and redundant circulation, offering multiple possibilities of programmatic occupation. This proposal places the parking (for two cars), a double-height living room (with access to the upper studio and roof-solarium), the kitchen, bathrooms and three bedrooms at the ground level. In the basement, the large space hidden from the street, everything seems possible: sports and cultural activities, films projections, or even a professional office.
